HI – I’m Zahra Colley – Phillip. A mom, wife, sister, daughter, friend and coach! I’ve spent 11 years working in the food industry, studied food science, chemical engineering and plant based nutrition. My purpose is to help others find fun ways of eating SUPER healthy food to help combat chronic diseases that are plaguing our communities. Vegan and vegetarian diets are becoming more and more popular. For me, eating healthy is not just a popular trend – it’s a necessity. When I’m eating plant based whole foods I FEEL better. Plants especially help reduce belly bulge, and unwanted curves. I’ve been perfecting this vegan/vegetarian cuisine for almost 7 years and I’m going to share my original recipes so you can experience the beauty of meat free living too!
