21 Day Green Smoothie Challenge!

It’s time to go green!!! Spring is fast approaching and many yards are turning green.  Flowers are starting to bloom and the earth is waking up.  This is the PERFECT time to start a green smoothie group challenge! We did a 30 day challenge in 2016 and it was AMAZING! Check it out by clicking here.

This time we’re going for 21 days.  They say it takes 21 days to build a habit and I want all of us to get into the habit of taking care of our bodies as best as we can.  Good nutrition is a HUGE part of taking care of yourself.  We are still working on  kicking out foolish foods from our diet and this challenge will help jumpstart you to think differently about what you eat and drink.

Breakfast!!!! Pineapple, banana, pumpkin seeds, water, ice, cilantro and spirulina.

This challenge is for you if: 

  1. You are READY to change your eating habits

  2. You need a group challenge to help keep you motivated

  3. You are interested in learning more about plant based nutrition

  4. You need to shed a few pounds in preparation for swimsuit season

  5. You want your family to have a healthier diet


What the challenge entails: 

  1. Replacing 1 or 2 meals a day with a green smoothie.  Green juice is optional and at your discretion.

  2. Eliminating junk food from your diet.  Abstaining from all processed foods, dairy and meat products is optional.

  3. Keeping a smoothie journal to track your progress, what you like, what you don’t like and any reactions you may have.  Any type of journal is acceptable (digital, hard copy, etc.)
