Vegan and vegetarian diets are becoming more and more popular. For me eating healthy is not just a popular trend – it’s a necessity. When I’m eating plant based whole foods I FEEL better. Plants especially help reduce belly bulge, and unwanted curves. I’ve been perfecting this vegan/vegetarian cuisine for almost 7 years and I’m going to share my original recipes so you can experience the beauty of meat free living too!

Last summer a group of us completed a 7 day meatless challenge. Here’s what a few participants had to say:
*I tried new foods. 🥑🥝🥜🍄
*Found a great restaurant which I will be patronizing again.🍽
*I did not feel “heavy” after eating a meal.
*Realized that I really can live without chicken! 🍗😂

*I got to eat by myself because my children were all turned off by my no-meat diet

The beauty of group challenges are that you have fun and tend to stay on track. When you have a support system composed of people with the same goals, positive energy flows freely and changes are inevitable!
