This cleanse includes:

Day 1 – 4 – PREPARATION- remove all simple sugars, junk food, fried food from your diet. Be sure to drink lots of water, fresh fruits and veggies. Get plenty of sleep, exercise and stretching into your day.
Day 5 – 7 – THE CLEANSE – Use the recipes in the juice cleanse guide that is included in the challenge package. You should ONLY be consuming fresh juice for 3 days straight. If you must eat something stick to fruits and vegetables.
