January Juice Cleanse!

Join us for a 7 day juice cleanse to help reset and get us on the right track for 2019.

The Cleanse:

Day 1 – 4 –  This is the preparation phase – remove all simple sugars, junk food and fried food from your diet.  Be sure to drink lots of water and  eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.  Get plenty of sleep, exercise at least 30 minutes a day and PLEASE don’t forget to stretch.

Day 5 – 7 – juice cleanse time! You will be consuming juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days.   Use the recipes in the Juice cleanse guide included in the challenge package.
