I’m Zahra Colley – Phillip.  A mom, wife,  sister, daughter, friend and coach! I’ve spent 11 years working in the food industry, studied food science, chemical engineering and plant based nutrition. I know all too well that it can be hard to maintain a healthy diet…..ESPECIALLY when you don’t like certain popular healthy foods like kale or beans, or eggplant. When you’re running from work to a recital it’s hard to make a  green smoothie or salad in the middle of the madness. Well – you’ve come to the right place!  This program will give you the tools to enhance your nutrition…no matter what equipment you have in your kitchen.  The key is having the right mindset to explore, get out of your comfort zone and be consistent.

This coaching program is for you if:

  1. You are ready to learn more about a plant based diet. 
  2. You already eat a plant based diet but want to EXPAND your knowlege.
  3. You want to boost your intake of high fiber, whole foods like fruits, veggies, grains and legumes.
  4. You are looking for  tips, tricks and recipes that will tantalize your palate.
  5. You want to maintain a healthy weight.
  6. You need to get rid of constipation.
  7. You want more energy.
  8. You want to set an example for your family.
This consultation program is designed JUST FOR YOU.   During the program I will spend time with you (in person, through face time, or on the phone).  I will walk you through a plan that’s just right for your lifestyle and taste buds.  If you are not a fan of broccoli, it will NOT show up in your meal plan.  The key to maintaining a healthy diet is eating foods you like that are DELICIOUS!  What’s the point in forcing broccoli down the hatch when you would prefer to eat spinach?

The program includes:

  1. Personalized 4 week meal  plan with  recipes and shopping lists.
  2. 4  – 60 minute coaching sessions – in 1 week increments (note – we can adjust the schedule based on your needs).
  3. Kitchen  tips and tricks that are low cost and effective
  4. Unlimited advice/guidance
