Happy New Year! Time to Detox!


I don’t know about you but I’m happy we’re moving into a new year!  I have some lofty goals to accomplish and I’m ready for the challenge.

Starting off with a DETOX!

One way that I will boost my focus is to start the year with a detox.  Over the last few years I’ve become very familiar with the concept and practice of detoxification.  Over the last two years I’ve done a liver cleanse, 30 days of dry brushing, and a 30 day raw food challenge. I also participated in the Detox for a Diva program last year.  I’m happy to report that this year I will be helping to coach the Detox for a Diva program – Wooo Hooo! I will be coaching the 3 day juice feast/fast and I’m SO EXCITED about this new opportunity!  Not only will I be assistant coach for the Detox for a Diva program, but I’ll be partnering with Renee M. Here’s the scoop on Detoxing:

Detoxing is a very important part of a healthy life. Everyday our bodies are exposed to toxins from what we eat, drink and the environment.
