Hi Folks! We’re back with another class that will help you navigate through the world of plant based cooking! A few weeks ago we learned about the mighty chick pea in the Chick Pea Power class. We had a great time learning about the versatility of the chick pea and how it can be incorporated in meals and snacks from breakfast to dinner.  Catch up and download the recipes here.

Since getting the right amount of protein on a plant based diet is such a hot topic we’re moving on to the lovely lentil! I love lentils and I love color and flavor they literally bring to the table.
